Hello friend,
Finally, I’ve released the tool I’ve been working on (in beta form anyway)! Been working on it for about a solid week now, I’m excited to see what you think of it. So without further adieu… visit the Sorceress Action Calculator!
What is it?
A calculator that will show you which actions you’ll have available at your rank and will also calculate how much damage you will do with those actions; taking rank, intellect, and dark magic level into account.
Beta baby
This release is currently a beta. I haven’t had time to add in every action’s data yet, so it’s only up to Infernal Wave at the moment (the others beyond that simply contain dummy data). I’ll be adding more action data over the next few days. If you notice something wrong, make a comment to this post, or email me.
Over time I plan to create some videos showing the action damage calculator in action, and how to use it (although it’s really self-explanatory). It doesn’t stop here though! With your feedback, I’ll make improvements and I’ve also got a few plans of my own cooking…

This is really kool stuff Chad. I really like it and gratz on getting it working and thanks for putting in all the time that you did. It is giving me a more clear picture about my damage ability and is going to help me realize which attacks are more useful then other also it would help me with my rotation.

ReplyGot a big update to the calculator coming soon. About to take masteries into account… both by only showing actions that you have masteries for, and the damage increase they provide.
Of course, only in beta… need more research to ensure accuracy.
ReplyAwesome stuff, I visit it every day, calculating my damage with a rotation/build etc. Are you going to update it with the new dot calculation method coming up in 1.05?
