WoW and WAR at the same time!?

Posted on October 18th, 2008 by Chad in Blog, Featured

I’ve been a bit absent from this site for a few days. Sorry about that. The latest changes to World of Warcraft have me playing my Shaman (ugh he needs better gear!) a bit. I wanted to see what was done. I’m liking the changes enough that I will probably be splitting my time between the two games now.

In light of that, I’ll probably be changing things up around here a bit. I’ll want to write about WAR and WoW at the same time, focusing mostly on play issues, comparisons between the two games, and the two classes I play most: Shaman in WoW, and Sorceress in WAR.

I believe this will be good overall because I won’t feel guilty about leaving my Shaman behind in WoW, and the same about my Sorceress if I decided not to play WAR at all anymore (which I’m not doing). I think this decision will improve this site becuase it will allow me to get some more perspective. I won’t forget how WoW plays, and I won’t become accustomed to how WAR plays. I’ll be able to see from both sides and provide my thoughts on both games.

So don’t go away! Things will be a little slow around here for a few more days while I work on some new graphics and such. After that, I’ll be writing more again and have some fresh new content from a new perspective, which I hope you’ll enjoy!

Stay tuned for more!

PS – Those that remember the old SpellDamage from WoW, which had character profile databasing and spelldamage calculations, I’ll probably work up something similar to the Sorceress damage calculator. No promises on delivery though…
